Our 4 NONNO campaign is dedicated to Gianluca’s Nonno (Grandfather). Our logo combines the 4 from the Strides 4 Gianluca with the letter N in Nonno to represent their special connection. Gianluca has cerebral palsy (CP) and there is no cure for CP but it is managed with medical treatments and physical therapy throughout his life. Unlike other forms of cancer, mesothelioma does not go into remission and is managed through medical treatments as well. So Gianluca & Nonno’s connection is made even stronger with that common bond. This campaign is not just for Nonno but anyone who suffers from mesothelioma or other types of cancer, as well as their family members who may need assistance with care for their loved ones.
