Our charity hockey games help to support our mission of increasing cerebral palsy awareness and supporting the Strides 4 Gianluca Scholarship Fund which recognizes resilient students with disabilities who have demonstrated perseverance in overcoming challenges while maintaining a commitment to academic achievement and their future goals. Our mission is to invest in the next generation of leaders, advocates, and professionals who will help build a more inclusive and accessible world.

🏒 2027 GAME — TWO NIGHTS. ONE EPIC EVENT. 🏒
We’re switching things up for 2027! This year, our game will be a two-night event, and we’re making it bigger and more exciting than ever.
📝 NIGHT ONE: DRAFT NIGHT
Two representatives will be selected to draft players and build the two teams that will face off on game day.
And there may be a few NHL alumni available for our reps to choose from! 👀
It’ll be a night of strategy, trades, surprises, and plenty of fun as the teams take shape.
🏆 NIGHT TWO: THE BIG GAME
Once the rosters are set, it’s time to hit the ice!
The two drafted teams will battle it out, while players and spectators will have opportunities to win some great prizes throughout the event.
And after the final whistle, the fun continues with food, drinks, and time to celebrate together! 🍔🍻
🔥 2027 THEME: “DEFUNCT DRAFT”
This year’s theme is all about NHL history!
We’ll select two NHL teams that are no longer in existence, and each team will take the ice wearing that franchise’s classic jersey.
For the players, we’ve got something extra special planned:
👕 Every player will receive a reversible jersey featuring BOTH teams!
This will help make draft night run smoothly, give teams the flexibility to trade players, and allow us to make any last-minute roster adjustments if unexpected situations come up.
Plus, you’ll get to represent both sides of this year’s defunct NHL matchup!
